clambering from the bottom, but I don't regret it. It's fun to fight, to struggle, it reminds me of Namibia and that was the most fun I ever had. I just need my Sophie for this one.

Honestly I don't know.... like at all. I feel like nobody will ever live up to Sophie - there was this all-in attitude we had in Namibia that I don't think I can get with anyone left here. I had it with Katie and Lisa I think but I literally put them both on the jury ;____________;

Because I'm the Ashley, I'm the one who goes to rocks for people, makes sacrifices for people, I don't expect to ever find an ally in a game who was as ride or die as I was in Namibia with Sophie.

It is so weird how this is shaping up like the very people who tried to blindside me on Hiva Oa are the same ones I am relying on the most in the game right now. I never ever ever thought I would go to rocks for MIA. I've been daydreaming about idol'ing her out for weeks. Tonight I told her if we could find the idol we'd use it on her. I mean, this is the same person I was told was going to destroy me in this game and who knows maybe she will.

I am just that player who needs an ally, I need someone I'm trying to protect at all times or I can't play right, I get aggressive. So I latch onto someone and make them the one I am protecting.

I could have voted Mia out and rode to the Final 7, Final 6 on a white horse, but I mean.... no I am not licking Cochran's asshole, maybe other people will do it for you Cochran but I've never been one to do that shit. I'll do whatever the fuck I want. I seriously can't even get over how much this game reminds me of Namibia and I know I'm probably going out in the next couple of rounds at best but it's still better this way than just following him.

Do you feel as though this game is moving at a pace that is one step ahead of the obvious? I was just considering that with the Lisa vote off, it seemed as though there was a blindside to prevent another blindside (that wasn't even happening). Do you expect more players to act ahead of an obvious move and if so, what's the next obvious move that you see in the future, and what would acting ahead of that be?

I don't really know what that question means >.> You mean how Cochran got votes on Mia in case an idol was played? Well hmm idk really.

All I know is that I want Carter and Debb to consider flipping earlier than they expected to vote for one of Chad/Ralph and leave Cochran here to fight with Mia some more. It won't last forever, but Cochran maintains a duo status with both Ralph and Chad and I am currently a sole player in this game, with nobody who would go to bat for me if I was getting targeted.

I am worried that idol paranoia will turn Cochran's sights to me though, so I really want to win immunity and make sure that doesn't happen. There's a chance if it does, it will push Carter and Debb to finally making a move against him since they /know/ I am ready to ride or die with them, but ~who knows~ they're both really concerned about guaranteeing themselves F4 placements and it's like... god go for 4th place but you won't win by riding Cochran to that spot.

I am beginning to think Jolanda is in a prime spot to win the game. She doesn't get any heat ~ever~ and Debb/Carter want to work with her, Mia and co want to work with her, and she hasn't even had to switch her allegiances to get there. I feel like Chad and Jolanda are going to make it far probably.

I don't know about this idol either, the clue is just either TOO obvious (like themole) or it's something only Probst would think of. Mia thinks it has something to do with tribal council/purple rock/ties and that makes sense given where you posted the clue. What screws me up is I am best and location themed clues, not game clues. I immediately thought of historic names of island locations but nothing I tried worked so I am really at a loss.

So just to ask further about this, are you worried that Jolanda is taking your spot as the person Carter/Debb will go to? How do you get around that?

There's a good chance they will approach her, that's for sure. What I am focusing on right now isn't making myself their go-to instead of Jolanda, but making myself A go-to for them simply, and I am trying to build that over time, I've been trying to build it for the last few rounds since we voted out Vytas and there have definitely been hiccups but I am trying to just focus on one-on-ones.

I feel like if I start doing it and adding how x, y, z other people aren't as good options it will make me look like I've got an angle and am trying to work with them exclusively to further myself temporarily. What I really want is to focus in on them alone so they think "Ashley is with us, she'll vote with us to the end, we can rely on her", so that when they eventually approach Jolanda they might look at her more like someone they can use for the majority.

Debb and Carter see the Chad/Coch/Ralph trio and know that leaves them on the outs of their majority, so I am kind of actually almost making it out as if I want us to be our own trio, that we'd be the majority of any group we were in, but I'm not saying that - I am letting them see it for themselves, and I am hoping that's what is happening.

Jolanda is like.... she is close to Mia and Ken though - I feel like she is less likely to outright turn her back on them. The downside of this is that Debb and Carter might see that as after Mia and/or Ken leaves she will have a reputation for loyalty but no allies left so she'll fit right in with them.

Ugh.

I am feeding Cochran sooooooooooo much bullshit and he isn't buying a single word. These people selling me out need to cut it out and stop making my life hard tbh.
