Man, that rock draw really fucked me in terms of my plans. Things would've been a helluva lot easier if Ashley hadn't spazzed out, or better yet, if Cochran hadn't held immunity from her for NO DISCERNABLE REASON...fuck
So, I don't think I've broken it down. My plan was as followed: Mia at 10, Ken at 9, Chad at 8 (using the alliances that I had built up with Ashley, Sarah, and hopefully Jo to blindside the three musketeers), Jo at 7, Ashley at 6, Sarah at 5, Cochran at 4, me/Debb/Ralph in the final 3. Things had been souring with Sarah for a little, but not to the point where I don't think she would've considered going against me as opposed to letting the supposed power trio, and from then on, if all had gone well, I'd have been able to use my various connections to get hopefully to the final 3. Now, I'm fucked, I look and feel like a sheepdog, and the best I can hope for is a sympathy vote and 2nd place, barring everyone else dying.
I find it funny that people think it's just an arms race at this point. Cochran, Ralph, Debb, and myself are a lot tighter than people expect, and there's certainly a divide, but I think they're both being genuine in wanting this foursome to go to the end. Then again, I've been played before without even thinking twice, and I could very well be being played again, but I'm at the very least a little aware of it this time. Hopefully this new plan of mine works, where Chad goes out at 7 and the foursome from Nuku Hiva ride it out to the end. If I'm still seen as a goat, fine, whatever, it's a game and I'm not going to be broken up about it. If I go out before, whatever, I think I've proven to myself that I did belong here among other All Stars. If I win, which I think is impossible at this point, great, mission accomplished. Any which way you look at it, this is all over in 2 weeks and I can finally get a good night's sleep.
The question is, who will beat everyone else to the punch?
